Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, review, and manage test cases for complex tax content configurations, including rules, codes, rates, and jurisdiction logic.
  • •Execute test management using test strategy, test plan, and testing methodologies aligned to program needs.
  • •Conduct Agile planning by preparing and participating in Agile ceremonies.
  • •Oversee test activities including test case design/reviews, defect management, and daily/weekly/closure test reporting.
  • •Lead test estimation, resource planning, and setup of the testing team, including onboarding and training new team members on Salesforce.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of testing experience with strong functional knowledge of Vertex (Sites, Forms, Assets, DAM, Workflows, Templates, Components).
  • •Design and review test cases for complex tax content configurations, including rules, codes, rates, and jurisdiction logic.
  • •3+ years of relevant QA experience on a Vertex Tax Engine.
  • •3+ years of experience as a Test Lead with Agile working knowledge and experience planning and conducting Agile ceremonies.
  • •Experience leading or managing a 10+ member QA team and performing test management activities such as test strategy, test plan, defect management, and test reporting.
