Job Summary

Drive the roadmap for core platform capabilities that make Sonar enterprise-ready, reliable, compliant, and high-performing. You’ll research and prioritize customer-facing platform needs across IT administrators, DevOps, and security teams, translate them into cross-product foundational features, and align with engineering and UX to deliver end-to-end solutions. Work as an expert user of the platform, incorporate feedback from user forums, and collaborate with Product Management to improve tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the platform vision and communicate it internally and externally.
•Research, clarify, and prioritize opportunities to build and maintain a roadmap focused on customer trust and platform readiness.
•Interact with users and customers to support them, integrate feedback, and identify opportunities via the product forum.
•Develop expertise in customer-facing platform needs (e.g., data residency, advanced access controls, application performance) and translate them across the product line.
•Align with engineering and UX teams on foundational system and usability problems, and balance innovation, consolidation, and stability to deliver end-to-end development outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Research, clarify, and prioritize customer-facing platform needs for enterprise IT administrators, DevOps, and security teams.
•Deep technical comprehension of enterprise SaaS/platform pillars such as data isolation, customer-managed encryption, API best-practices, and performance optimization.
•Experience in software product management, preferably managing platform products in an agile context.
•Ability to work effectively across self-hosted deployment, cloud-native environments, multi-region deployments, and data residency frameworks.
•Strong leadership and initiative to lead from beginning to end, with a pragmatic, customer-problem-solving mindset.
