Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead launch and production support activities for vehicle interior and exterior systems.
  • •Support prototype, pilot, pre-production, and Start of Production (SOP) builds.
  • •Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality, fit and finish, gap and flush, craftsmanship, manufacturing, and supplier-related issues.
  • •Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Quality, Program Management, and Design Engineering teams to ensure successful vehicle launches.
  • •Track, prioritize, and drive closure of launch issues while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of automotive engineering experience in Interiors, Exteriors, Vehicle Integration, Manufacturing, Quality, or Launch Engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of automotive products, manufacturing processes, and engineering fundamentals.
  • •Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, or similar tools.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, dimensional reports, and technical data.
