Design, develop, and productionize generative AI solutions for the banking sector, building RAG and conversational applications and operating LLMs for reliability, performance, and cost control. Deploy and scale models across Azure OpenAI and hybrid/multi-cloud setups, implement guardrails and safety controls, and troubleshoot issues using strong observability practices. Leverage LangChain/LangGraph and agentic frameworks like CrewAI, create evaluation workflows, and integrate with enterprise data sources and secure APIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and productionize RAG and conversational banking applications.
•Deploy, scale, and optimize LLMs across Azure OpenAI, AWS, and hybrid setups.
•Implement guardrails (safety filters, policy enforcement, red-team testing) and monitor for drift, abuse, and reliability.
•Build agentic systems using LangChain/LangGraph and frameworks such as CrewAI, including bot/workflow orchestration.
•Create and run evaluation frameworks (offline/online, human-in-the-loop) and iterate prompts, RAG pipelines, and guardrails based on results and feedback.
