Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute Patreon’s compensation strategy, regularly assessing and adjusting structures to support business goals.
  • •Lead market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation remains competitive using industry data.
  • •Collaborate with HR/leadership/benefits to design and enhance total rewards (base salary, variable pay, equity programs, benefits).
  • •Oversee equity program design and management, including stock options, equity pool/spend, and employee education on long-term value.
  • •Manage compensation planning and review cycles (annual review, mid-year review, pay equity analysis, bonus payouts) and ensure compliance with labor laws and accurate documentation.

Key Requirements
