Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with plant and operations leaders to deliver strategic HR programs aligned to business needs across the employment lifecycle.
  • •Provide HR subject matter expertise across leadership, organizational effectiveness, org structure, and human capital processes to drive results.
  • •Oversee and manage employee and labor relations issues, including terminations, performance management, complaints, disciplinary actions, and related documentation.
  • •Support union contract negotiations/interpretations, grievances, and arbitration; investigate complaints and participate in EEOC/complaint meetings as required.
  • •Manage recruiting and onboarding for plant openings, coach performance management, analyze workforce metrics, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4-year/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • •Ability to work onsite at assigned locations in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
