Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in hands-on rotations across key departments supporting Middle Market for the assigned region
  • •Assist with the underwriting process and complete it by the end of the first rotation with revision/oversight
  • •Update financial covenants as needed and partner on underwriting and monitoring credit while performing analytical tasks
  • •Run Probability of Default (PD) model with oversight and evaluate spreads to determine necessary edits
  • •Create client presentation materials and support preliminary portfolio management actions using Credit Service reporting and RADAR
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
  • •Relevant internships and co-op program experience
  • •Ability to assess credit risk using financial statement, cash flow, industry, collateral, guarantor, and loan structure analysis
  • •Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future
  • •Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have strong analytical and communication skills
