  • •Develop and manage client relationships, account strategies, and insurance marketing activities for your book of business.
  • •Act as the primary negotiator to obtain effective insurance programs that address client needs.
  • •Identify and analyze client exposures to develop risk treatment and placement strategies, and execute agreed-upon program structures.
  • •Compare insurance policies to determine needed enhancements and provide guidance to more junior staff while supporting client solicitation and servicing.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years of financial lines insurance brokerage and/or underwriting experience, focused on Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices, Fiduciary, Crime, and Special Risk.
  • •Effective understanding of carrier underwriting practices and processes.
  • •Validated leadership skills working with teams and delivering on client expectations.
  • •Confirmed client-facing skills, including effective presentations and communications.
  • •Must maintain an appropriate broker’s license and have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent validated experience).
