Job Summary

Operate safely while performing daily walk-throughs and maintaining automation equipment in the Monroe RPSNA plant. Perform preventive maintenance, mold change set-ups, sizing change equipment, and troubleshoot/repair bailer and automation systems (offline/online), including robots and vision systems. Maintain and install guards and safety devices, ensure housekeeping, document production data, and collaborate on continuous improvement efforts. Flexibility for occasional overtime and call-ins; ARC Flash electrical/testing required within 30 days.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct daily walk-throughs of automation areas, checking part containment, equipment condition, and clear walkways.
•Check emails daily and review molding grid and JDE system daily for mold changes and scheduled preventive maintenance.
•Perform preventive maintenance and handle mold change set-ups and part containment activities.
•Troubleshoot and repair bailers and repair/maintain offline and online automation equipment, including robots.
•Record accurate production data and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager on continuous improvement and timely repairs.

•Pass Berry’s ARC Flash Electrical/Testing within 30 days of employment; ARC Flash/Electrical experience required.
