•Manage monthly accounting close and prepare close packages for certain Midstream assets, including variance explanations to management.
•Prepare financial statements, distributions, and cash calls for multiple joint ventures; serve as financial liaison with partners.
•Oversee invoicing and gas purchase payments for multiple Midstream assets.
•Compile and present delinquent accounts receivable explanations to the CFO monthly.
•Review and approve journal vouchers, account reconciliations, AFE submittals, GL account validations, and wires for joint venture settlements and gas payments.
