Job Summary

Lead FP&A for Unit4’s recurring revenue, owning revenue assurance and driving accurate, well-governed ARR/NRR/GRR/churn reporting. Own month-end revenue variance analysis and the monthly Revenue narrative for management and investors. Produce recurring sponsor and budget deliverables, lead revenue-side strategic projects (retention, churn, pricing, segment profitability), and partner with Customer Success and Revenue Operations to maximize customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a small team of FP&A analysts, owning their workstreams and output quality.
•Own revenue assurance for ARR, NRR, GRR, churn and recurring revenue metrics to ensure accuracy and governance.
•Drive month-end revenue close analysis, including variance analysis vs. budget/forecast and production of the monthly revenue narrative.
•Own recurring reporting deliverables (monthly sponsor pack, budget packs, sponsor reporting requests, and ad hoc requests).
•Lead revenue-side strategic projects, including customer cancellation deep-dives, retention/churn analysis, pricing strategy reviews, and segment profitability.

Salary: EUR 52,773 - 58,249 annually

•Experience leading or coaching analysts and taking ownership of team output and growth.
