Own the apparel product development process for assigned styles from seasonal kickoff through commercialization, ensuring on-time delivery, target cost alignment, and adidas quality standards. Partner with Design, Product Marketing, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and merchandising teams to manage design-to-development handovers, prototype evaluation, fit approvals, testing compliance, and data readiness for milestones. Support two product areas: MLS apparel and US sports uniforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage product development for assigned styles from seasonal kickoff to commercialization, ensuring time, margin, and quality targets are met.
•Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to transition products from brief/design through buy-ready commercialization.
•Drive costing alignment using predictive costing, validating and approving T1 costing information and negotiating as needed.
•Oversee handover from design to T1, manage T1 feedback loops, and incorporate improvements without sacrificing aesthetics.
•Evaluate prototypes for compliance, manage fit approval and size specifications, and ensure materials/accessories meet adidas quality, safety, and A01 standards.

Key Requirements

•College or university degree in clothing technology and/or manufacturing (or comparable education).
•Minimum 4 years of work experience in the garment/textile industry.
•Knowledge of material construction and related testing, including wear and physical product testing.
•Ability to fit garments and provide fit changes to T1, with strong attention to detail.
•Strong IT skills (MS Office) and ability to work with Product Data Management Systems, plus fluent English.
