Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate strategic priorities into operating plans, execution roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes with executive leadership.
  • •Lead strategic planning processes including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), OKRs, business reviews, and governance rhythms to drive alignment.
  • •Drive complex cross-functional initiatives and day-to-day business operations, removing roadblocks and ensuring priorities stay on track.
  • •Serve as the central coordination point across functions by tracking workstreams, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely execution.
  • •Develop executive presentations and board materials, analyze performance and operational metrics, and recommend actionable improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, program management, product operations, military leadership, or a related field.
  • •Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple executive stakeholders.
  • •Strong strategic thinking with excellent operational execution, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive presentations and strategic communications.
