  • •Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
  • •Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests; provide configuration guidance and demonstrations.
  • •Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
  • •Clearly and effectively communicate responses and value to customers.
  • •Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars).
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of IT implementation experience
  • •5 years of experience with Workday Revenue
  • •3+ years of software consulting experience
  • •Workday Certification, or ability to certify in Contracts to Cash, Record to Report, FDM, Budgets, and Projects/Project Billing
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
