•Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
•Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests; provide configuration guidance and demonstrations.
•Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
•Clearly and effectively communicate responses and value to customers.
•Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars).

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5 years of IT implementation experience
•5 years of experience with Workday Revenue
•3+ years of software consulting experience
•Workday Certification, or ability to certify in Contracts to Cash, Record to Report, FDM, Budgets, and Projects/Project Billing
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
