Job Summary

Senior Automation Technical Professional with extensive experience in Honeywell DCS and Triconex SIS, delivering design and implementation of automation systems for oil & gas projects from front-end engineering to commissioning. Will support site surveys, FATs/SATs, and procurement activities, travel to client locations as needed, and work in a Hybrid arrangement in Borger, TX.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the design and implementation of automation systems for oil & gas and process industry projects, covering all project phases from front-end engineering to detailed design, procurement, configuration, implementation, startup and commissioning.
•Engage in site surveys, FATs, SATs and commissioning activities, and review project schedules and cost estimates.
•Assist procurement with vendor lists, requisitions and technical evaluations, and travel to customer locations for project implementation (25%).
•Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure integration of DCS, SCADA, HMI, and instrumentation across multiple systems.
•Operate in a hybrid office/onsite capacity, supporting both local and client-site activities and ensuring successful project execution.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical, Computers/Systems, or Mechatronics
•10-15 years of automation experience
•10+ years of experience with DCS hardware, network architecture, integration, configuration and programming, industrial protocols, HMI graphics and databases, and SCADA configuration/installation
•Hands-on experience with Honeywell Experion/TDC DCS
•Experience with PLC platforms (Triconex, Allen Bradley PLC, etc.)
