Job Summary

Manage end-to-end recruitment across the US & Canada regions for a 6-month temporary assignment. Partner with HR Managers, HRBPs, hiring managers, and Regional Center of Excellence teams to attract, assess, and secure talent while ensuring a seamless, inclusive candidate experience. Support requisition creation/approvals in SAP SuccessFactors, develop sourcing strategies, conduct structured interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and track KPIs using dashboards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
•3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
•Ability to manage 20+ requisitions across diverse functions.
•Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, HireRight, MS Office 365, and MS Teams.
•Fluency in French is a plus.
