Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, deploy, and sustain the Dubai Campus continuous improvement (CI) strategy aligned to EBS, OpA, ECIS, and business priorities.
  • •Lead implementation of Lean and CI operating principles (Standard Work, 5S+, VSM, Flow, Pull, SUR, TPM, DAP) with daily management systems and Hour-by-Hour accountability.
  • •Establish CI governance including the CI Annual Plan, ECIS deployment cadence, and structured Kaizen and improvement pipeline management.
  • •Lead, facilitate, coach, or support CI initiatives such as Needle Mover projects, RIEs, BPI projects, and cost-out/non-cost-out initiatives.
  • •Coach and develop leaders and teams using CI tools; prepare and support ECIS-related training and track/report CI performance, savings, and maturity progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a technical field such as industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering (or equivalent).
  • •10 years’ experience in process improvement using Lean and Six Sigma, with hands-on experience driving Lean/Six Sigma projects.
  • •Expert knowledge of Lean production systems and Six Sigma, including developing programs using Lean/Six Sigma tools.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering successful operational improvement projects, including statistical analysis and quality improvement techniques.
  • •Subject matter expertise in a specified manufacturing process (e.g., metal stamping, plastics injection, system assembly, or electronics/electrical manufacturing).
