Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and ensuring high-impact service in the branch.
  • •Assume responsibility for accurate teller operations while coaching other tellers in an in-person branch environment.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling, staffing issues, coaching, and maintaining operational and compliance standards.
  • •Support product/service knowledge, balance cash drawers per guidelines, and assist the Branch Manager with onboarding and training new tellers.

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •3+ years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •3+ years experience handling cash.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization.
