Key Responsibilities

•Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
•Supervise and instruct the construction team as well as subcontractors
•Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol
•Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
•Analyze blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in any Engineering related discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical) 1-2 sentence max
•Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant experience, 2 years GCC is a plus
•Comprehensive understanding of construction principles, structural engineering, building codes, and construction materials
•ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
•Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to coordinate with project teams and clients
