Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and small works across Defence sites.
  • •Complete building services repairs including minor plumbing, general building tasks, and decorating/filling tasks.
  • •Perform day-to-day safety and compliance activities such as fire alarm testing and weekly water flushing.
  • •Maintain visual standards and ensure commercial buildings remain safe, functional, and presentable.
  • •Accurately record completed work, materials used, and issues using PDA systems or paper-based processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Full UK driving licence.
