Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the quality improvement program of the facility and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
•Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive quality improvement program and safety management framework.
•Coordinate facility-wide policies, procedures, and safety standards to support high-quality patient care.
•Plan, prioritize, organize, and execute quality-related projects and audits across departments.
•Monitor compliance with safety standards, conduct hazard assessments, and liaise with accreditation bodies for program implementation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a medical-related field
•4-6 years of relevant experience
•Experience in a large healthcare facility (preferred)
•Strong knowledge of quality improvement frameworks and safety standards
•Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and liaise with accreditation bodies
