Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for full working shifts within the IC.
  • •Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency; conduct root cause analysis and execute countermeasures with site leadership.
  • •Run weekly performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership and guide daily manager huddles to set priorities.
  • •Support Continuous Improvement efforts by implementing and training process changes and providing competency-based feedback to develop Reconditioning Lead/Manager populations.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leading a team of over 50 associates with a track record of developing employees.
  • •Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis and action plans.
  • •Must be open to relocation (ideally nationwide, at minimum regionally across Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, or West Coast).
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years, plus ability to work required physical demands and variable schedules.
