Job Summary

Lead scrum teams delivering on customer and platform commitments for a high-availability commercial payments system within the Smart Data Commercial Platform. Oversee software development and delivery, coach and supervise team(s), and drive agile best practices and process improvements. Communicate status and progress to product teams, customers, and senior management, while engaging in technical discussions with architects and business operations. Java/Spring/Hibernate and REST/SOAP web services experience are key.

Key Requirements

•Lead and supervise teams of developers, coaching and mentoring team members.
•Strong Agile experience with the ability to drive agile best practices in a technology organization.
•Experience in software development/architecture with technical discussions involving architects and business operations groups.
•Hands-on experience with Java/Spring/Hibernate and building web services (RESTful and SOAP).
•Previous financial services experience is an advantage, including familiarity with compliance requirements such as PCI DSS.
