Research Associate 2

Perform laboratory procedures for the RUO Oncology Team, including normalizing plasma samples, extracting nucleic acids from blood/plasma/tissue, and preparing libraries for next-generation sequencing. Quantify and qualify nucleic acids using assays and instruments, load libraries onto sequencing platforms, and interpret results to determine next steps. Maintain accurate sample tracking and lab records using LIMS/Google Sheets, follow SOPs, and ensure compliant handling of PHI and samples.
