Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external partners; handle routine service activities such as AOR changes, licensing updates, amendments, and enrollment support.
  • •Prepare administrative and marketing documents (signatory documents, forms, enrollment materials, plan summaries) and conduct quality reviews of pre-submission PASR records and related implementation materials.
  • •Confirm agent appointments and manage Agent of Record changes; perform enrollment census evaluations and assess renewal census data for assigned accounts.
  • •Coordinate renewal processes, review audit renewal letters, and distribute them while supporting plan design and renewal term negotiations with underwriting.
  • •Maintain accurate tracking resources, verify sold case notifications for correct routing, and support leadership/Account Management/Implementation with special projects as needed.

Key Requirements
