•Use data analytics tools to monitor and communicate practice performance against key objectives and strategic plans.
•Develop project plans to achieve key organizational objectives and performance initiatives.
•Train and coach office staff and clinicians on processes and technologies, and assess ongoing training needs.
•Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate ACO operations, including creating executive-facing presentations and memos.

Key Requirements

•5 years of experience with executive-level communication (written and verbal).
•Demonstrated knowledge of value-based care contracts across all patient types.
•Minimum 6–8 years of experience with competencies including practice management, project management, account management, analytical problem solving, and strategic insight using healthcare analytics.
•Ability to be onsite 2–3 days a week in Maryland and Delaware (subject to practice needs).
•Graduate of an accredited college or university in nursing, social work, health technology, or information technology-related programs (or equivalent experience accepted).
