(Entry Level) Production Technician - PCBA

Build and manufacture circuit boards by operating PCB assembly equipment for SMT placement, reflow, paste printing, coating and inspections. Perform thermal and functional testing of electronic hardware, including setup, instrumentation, execution, teardown, and troubleshooting. Maintain and calibrate production equipment via preventative maintenance, manage daily schedule priorities to meet deliverables, and document failure modes to drive quality improvements.
