Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety first and lead engineering coverage on a shift to deliver required production outputs across production, assembly, and related processes.
  • •Maintain processes and documentation according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 systems while executing assembly, welding, and machining operations outputs.
  • •Plan operations to maximize utilization of machines, equipment, and manpower; run assembly and welding per EMS and ES guidelines.
  • •Drive quality assurance for operations, identify and properly dispose of non-conforming products, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Monitor productivity and coordinate day-to-day work with production planning, purchasing, maintenance, design, and quality; implement QET projects and IMS workflows in the welding section.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 3 years of experience in a heavy engineering industry/machine shop/thread rolling operations and strong problem-solving ability.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing principles, including CNC turning and planning processes.
  • •Basic knowledge of metallurgy and different grades of raw material.
  • •Ability to use Infor M3 and demonstrate proven analytical ability.
  • •Attention to detail, analytical thinking, results orientation, and the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
