Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop schematic and detailed BIM models and identify conflicts, incomplete, or ambiguous design information.
  • •Coordinate with BIM service providers and subcontractors; create new library components and manage BIM revision logs.
  • •Assist the BIM Manager with contract BIM closeout documentation and prepare project-specific BIM guidelines.
  • •Derive material quantities and develop models that illustrate contractor questions and solutions.
  • •Support planning and scheduling, cost report setup and forecasting, and issue change orders, notices, and revisions; print drawing sets for team review.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to prepare BIM models and shop drawings timely and accurately.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, required to be successful.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical certificates.
  • •Strong collaboration and communication, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
