Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first aid and clinical support, document cases, and coordinate external care when needed.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment and assist with return-to-work evaluations and workers’ compensation coordination.
  • •Conduct health screenings, vitals, biometric checks, wellness assessments, and pre-employment evaluations with drug testing.
  • •Support regulatory compliance with OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and workplace health regulations; assist with health reporting.
  • •Promote healthy lifestyle habits, engage employees in wellness initiatives, and provide ergonomic assessments to reduce injury risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Active Michigan RN license (required)
  • •Minimum two years of experience in Family Health, General Practice, or Occupational Health
  • •Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Comfortable adapting to varying workplace needs and environments
