Key Responsibilities

  • •Own CDS strategy and roadmap, including vision, sequencing, success metrics, and build/license/partner decisions.
  • •Own content and evidence strategy, partnering with Clinical Science to ensure clinical validity and evidence quality.
  • •Conduct hands-on user research with clinicians to understand workflows, friction, and turn insights into product direction.
  • •Ship high-quality in-workflow experiences by partnering with engineering, design, and ML on timing and how guidance appears.
  • •Integrate CDS deeply with EHR environments (including Epic) and define KPIs to drive adoption, engagement, clinical quality, and safety.
