Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth and Technical Operations leads to ensure successful deployments.
  • •Own and flawlessly execute the Deployment Operations lifecycle for all deployments within your Business Line.
  • •Communicate effectively using systems like JIRA, Oracle, Foundry, Salesforce and channels (Slack, email, meetings) to keep stakeholders informed.
  • •Create structured plans for each deployment to ensure people and hardware are in the right place at the right time.
  • •Guide a team of Operations & Logistics Associates and mentor them to achieve mission success.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management, with a focus on international operations.
  • •Experience balancing concurrent complex projects or tasks.
  • •Ability to work across multiple systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack).
  • •Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet milestones.
  • •Travel up to 20% of the time to test sites; this position is based in Costa Mesa, CA and onsite.
