Job Summary

Own ICMA (Internal Control Manual for Anticorruption) compliance across DGDI entities, ensuring L2 controls align to the defined perimeter and continuously improving them. Coordinate with L&C, Finance, and Operations, plan and implement actions following yearly DARCI audits, and run quarterly user meetings and ongoing support during publications. Administer ICMA (rvr) tool activities with DARCI tool support and train users; coordinate MAQ across DGDI.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure ICMA compliance within all DGDI entities and keep the L2 controls deployment structure adapted to the perimeter.
•Interact regularly with L&C, Finance, and Operations functions within DGDI to support compliance activities.
•Improve L2 Controls qualitatively while maintaining 100% publication and coordinate MAQ (Minimum Anticorruption Questionnaire) across DGDI.
•Coordinate with the DARCI team to develop and implement action plans after yearly DARCI audits, and conduct quarterly meetings with users.
•Administer ICMA (rvr) tool activities: coordinate with DARCI tool support, support users during publication, and train new users.

•Ability to operate across a global organization.
•Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
•Basic awareness of Thales processes such as Compliance, Human Resource, Finance, and Procurement.
•Understanding of anti-corruption compliance requirements (not mandatory, an advantage).
•Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to manage substantial workloads and meet deadlines.
