Key Responsibilities

  • •Design gaming investment programmes and deal-making formats that attract international investors and set a global standard for capital-meets-talent events.
  • •Build and own the gaming investor pipeline, including targeted outreach to gaming VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds, angel networks, and accelerators.
  • •Manage investor application and vetting, and develop the investment content and activation experience (reverse pitches, hosted buyer programmes, roundtables, and deal showcases).
  • •Own end-to-end investor experience and matchmaking, including delegate communications, logistics, on-site facilitation, and internal alignment to ensure match quality.
  • •Track and report programme outcomes and KPIs, maintain investor records in internal tools, run post-event debriefs, and support investor programmes across additional portfolio events.

Key Requirements

  • •4–5 years of experience in investor relations, investor programme management, or VC/LP engagement, ideally in an event, ecosystem, or gaming industry context.
  • •Deep expertise in the gaming investment landscape (VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds with gaming mandates, angel networks).
  • •Experience curating and managing high-touch investor experiences, including investor engagement design beyond logistics.
  • •Strong existing network within the gaming and tech investment community, particularly in MENA, APAC, or Europe.
  • •Understanding of the gaming investment chain from pre-seed accelerators through sovereign capital deployment.
