Lead the Master Scheduling team to deliver an accurate MPS, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and effective resolution of capacity and material constraints. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a team of master schedulers to ensure MPS policy, procedure, and compliance adherence across portfolios.
•Own the long-range MPS plan and align supply with financial commitments after each SIOP cycle.
•Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Program Management to identify, escalate, and resolve capacity and material constraints impacting the MPS plan.
•Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure MPS data integrity, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy.
•Drive continuous improvement in MPS processes and provide reporting/analysis on plan health, constraint status, and demand alignment for leadership review.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of direct experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management.
•Previous master scheduling experience with high mix and low volume.
•CPIM certified.
•1-2 years of experience managing a team.
•Proficiency in complex ERP systems; bachelor degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
