Job Summary

Provide L3 managed services for cross-technology client infrastructure by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents. Ensure systems are configured, tested, and operational; manage high-complexity tickets; log, analyze, assign, and escalate support cases while maintaining zero SLA misses. Drive operational improvements through monitoring, alerts, optimization/automation opportunities, knowledge articles, and mentoring L2 teams. Coordinate with vendors and support disaster recovery and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents to ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational.
•Manage high-complexity tickets, including logging incidents with detail, analyzing issues, and escalating support calls as needed.
•Conduct monitoring checks and respond to alerts to identify issues before they become problems, maintaining zero missed SLA conditions.
•Drive operational improvements through product reviews, optimization and automation opportunities, and providing inputs to automation teams.
•Create knowledge articles for frequent issues and mentor junior team members, while coaching L2 teams on advanced troubleshooting and supporting project and disaster recovery activities.

Key Requirements

•Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
•Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups.
