Support the Employee Experience team by helping build positive employee experiences across MB UAE. Collaborate with the Manager Employee Experience and Head of Employee Experience on onboarding, offboarding, visa/labour processing, pension activities, and employee data maintenance. Partner with internal PICG functions to meet business needs and contribute to bank-wide projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and maintaining high performance standards across MB UAE.
