Counsel II - Commercial Operations

Serve as in-house counsel advising across generation, energy delivery, and corporate functions on commercial agreements, risk assessment, and dispute management. You’ll draft contracts, support regulatory and real estate matters, and guide internal clients through complex transactions, litigation, and compliance.
