Senior Manager Governance & Compliance

Develop and lead the organization’s compliance program by designing and executing a compliance strategy aligned to laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards. Advise executive management and committees on compliance risks, controls, and governance, and manage regulatory engagement, audits, and inspections. Define and maintain an enterprise policy framework, establish monitoring and reporting controls for senior management and the board, and drive digitisation and automation to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
