Job Summary

Serve as a PMIS and project controls subject matter expert, establishing and improving enterprise project control systems, templates, and standardized procedures. Build and manage dashboards and reporting for schedule variance, cost variance, and EVM indicators, and translate complex project performance data into actionable insights. Own budgets, schedule and risk analysis, compliance, data governance, and change management, including mentoring junior project controls staff.

•Design and manage project templates and control frameworks to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance across projects.
•Create and manage project dashboards and reporting for schedule variance, cost variance, and earned value management (EVM) indicators.
•Monitor and analyze project performance data, preparing status reports, forecasts, and dashboards for project managers and stakeholders.

•Minimum 10 years of professional experience in PMIS, project controls, or a related field.
•Proven expertise implementing, configuring, administering, and optimizing PMIS systems.
•Advanced proficiency with enterprise project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
•Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining project dashboards, reporting systems, and data visualization frameworks.
