Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement, administer, and improve Rubrik Enterprise Edition globally, including configuration, upgrades, capacity, health, security, and lifecycle management.
  • •Define and enforce global data protection policies covering SLA domains, retention/archival, replication, immutability, access controls, encryption, and recovery objectives.
  • •Onboard workloads across on-premises, cloud, virtual, database, and application environments and maintain accurate protection coverage.
  • •Operate and monitor backup, replication, archival, and recovery; resolve job failures, capacity constraints, policy exceptions, and performance issues.
  • •Plan restore tests and disaster recovery exercises, support cyber/ransomware resilience and anomaly investigation, and automate operations/compliance reporting using Rubrik APIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience engineering and operating enterprise-scale backup, recovery, and data protection services.
  • •Hands-on production experience with Rubrik Enterprise Edition.
  • •Current Rubrik Certified System Administrator (RCSA) certification required (RCE/RCCS/Partner Black Belt strongly preferred).
  • •Experience designing and implementing global data protection policies, standards, and operating models.
  • •Strong understanding of retention, immutability, encryption, access control, RPO, RTO, and recovery validation, plus disaster recovery/cyber recovery/ransomware resilience.
