Job Summary

Upskill and support service technicians while improving product reliability, machine availability, and user friendliness. Own parts of the product life cycle by contributing to product safety work, leading duties in Continuous Product Improvement, and participating in machine testing and serviceability verification. Create and maintain technical training materials, technical service news bulletins instructions, and machine system descriptions. Set up technical support plans to secure customer satisfaction and handle related warranty activities as applicable.

•Provide technical support through available channels, conduct technical training, perform First on Market start-ups, and perform installation where applicable.
•Engage in product safety work; lead/handle Continuous Product Improvement duties; lead/conduct/participate in machine testing and verification; ensure machine serviceability and user friendliness; act as a project contributor and subject matter expert.
•Create and maintain technical training materials and media, write instructions for Technical Service News Bulletins (TSNBs), create machine system descriptions, and review machine manuals and SOPs.
•Handle warranty where applicable.
•Support colleagues by securing product and application competence, set up and execute technical support plans for customer satisfaction, and leverage synergies across relevant product functions.
