Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support through available channels, conduct technical training, perform First on Market start-ups, and perform installation where applicable.
  • •Engage in product safety work; lead/handle Continuous Product Improvement duties; lead/conduct/participate in machine testing and verification; ensure machine serviceability and user friendliness; act as a project contributor and subject matter expert.
  • •Create and maintain technical training materials and media, write instructions for Technical Service News Bulletins (TSNBs), create machine system descriptions, and review machine manuals and SOPs.
  • •Handle warranty where applicable.
  • •Support colleagues by securing product and application competence, set up and execute technical support plans for customer satisfaction, and leverage synergies across relevant product functions.
