Key Responsibilities

  • •Calibrate and qualify ASML machines on site using predefined test sequences.
  • •Build, install, and align components into complete systems, including equipment with new features, pilot, and proto systems.
  • •Diagnose problems, make appropriate repairs, and isolate issues with coworkers and the customer.
  • •Perform complex adjustments, upgrades, and troubleshoot with limited support.
  • •Complete administrative and coordination duties (pass-downs, work orders, field service and system reports, monthly reports) and prepare written technical reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
  • •Associates or technical degree with at least 2 years of technical experience.
  • •2+ years of semiconductor industry experience and 2+ years of Field Service Engineer experience (preferred).
  • •2+ years experience using computer applications including data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor industry, vacuum system, or plasma (preferred).
