Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead activation projects for new strategic clients, from kickoff to go-live and steady state, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • •Standardize and implement scalable implementation methodologies and best practices across the organization.
  • •Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans aligned with client objectives and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams during onboarding.
  • •Configure and customize solutions to meet client workflows and build custom operational tools/dashboards (Retool) to monitor metrics.
  • •Create data pipelines, write SQL queries, and develop training programs for users to drive adoption and measure success.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • •3+ years of experience in SaaS technology, healthcare technology or a similar role.
  • •Technical aptitude with basic data analysis capabilities (SQL) and experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
  • •Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic implementations simultaneously.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% for on-site client engagement.
