Experienced Clinical Implementation Specialist needed to drive the successful onboarding and adoption of a healthcare SaaS product suite across enterprise clients. You’ll lead a team of implementation specialists, manage strategic client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver rapid time-to-value, training, and scalable implementation methodologies in a remote US-based role.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead activation projects for new strategic clients, from kickoff to go-live and steady state, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
•Standardize and implement scalable implementation methodologies and best practices across the organization.
•Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans aligned with client objectives and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams during onboarding.
•Configure and customize solutions to meet client workflows and build custom operational tools/dashboards (Retool) to monitor metrics.
•Create data pipelines, write SQL queries, and develop training programs for users to drive adoption and measure success.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or related technical field.
•3+ years of experience in SaaS technology, healthcare technology or a similar role.
•Technical aptitude with basic data analysis capabilities (SQL) and experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
•Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic implementations simultaneously.
•Ability to travel up to 50% for on-site client engagement.
