Job Summary

Forecast Analyst within Sephora's Central Supply Chain team, responsible for consolidating and validating sales and purchasing forecasts across multiple European brands and countries. You will coordinate with Supply, Offer and Finance teams, analyze forecast accuracy, manage actions with local teams, and drive data-centric improvements using RELEX, SAP and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

•Forecast sales monthly and 3–4 month horizon using a high-performance forecasting tool (RELEX). Analyze forecast accuracy and key drivers of variance; ensure consistency of forecasts and inputs (trends, events, new products, stock coverage). Identify alerts and necessary adjustments.
•Adjust forecasts as needed in collaboration with local Supply Chain teams to align with business needs.
•Analyze country-level purchases and the factors influencing these purchases (stock coverage between warehouse and stores).
•Compare purchase forecasts and budgets across HUBs/cays by typology; identify risks and opportunities in forecast assumptions.
•Collaborate with local Supply Chain teams; prepare and run monthly coordination meetings to understand sales forecasts and purchasing dynamics, challenge teams when needed, and gather qualitative Sell In/Sell Out information to inform central decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent (Bac+4/5)
•Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, particularly in supply and/or demand planning within a Retail environment
•Excellent English skills
•Excellent Excel skills
•SAP experience and Power BI would be a plus
