  • •Manage and provide hands-on direction to mobile fleet technicians, including coaching, mentoring, and one-on-ones with direct reports.
  • •Establish a high-performance, engaged team culture through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and career development conversations.
  • •Own market-level performance for productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, identifying and pursuing new service opportunities.
  • •Retrieve and monitor metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, and training/safety records to drive continuous improvement and scalable operations.
  • •Ensure compliance with administrative, DOT, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while onboarding and ramping new technicians to support market expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •3+ years of experience in a people leadership role with a track record of developing teams and driving performance.
  • •Strong safe-driving qualifications, including a valid state-of-residence driver’s license and ability to obtain/maintain a Driver Qualification File.
  • •Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, performance management, and leading through change in dynamic environments.
  • •Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts and execute effectively in a fast-paced, evolving market environment.
