Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of production, including pre-production logistics, vendor selection and hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • •Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • •Optimize production costs and manage third-party follow-up including quotes, invoices, and P&L updates.
  • •Secure event permits and insurance requirements; handle venue research and booking, and support administrative tasks like expense reports and contracts.
