Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Operations as the core stakeholder in cross-functional engineering programs, driving execution from concept through production launch and escalating risks and constraints to PMO/Operations leadership.
  • •Champion Design for Excellence by driving DFM, DFA, DFS, DFT, DFSC, and DFQ through product development, facilitating design reviews and early resolution of manufacturability, sourcing, serviceability, and quality risks.
  • •Lead build readiness across prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, and production builds, owning build readiness checklists covering manufacturing, supply chain, materials, tooling, documentation, training, and quality.
  • •Coordinate supply chain and sourcing readiness by partnering with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to flag long-lead items early and monitor supplier/material readiness against milestones.
  • •Manage operational health and readiness reporting by identifying operational risks early, driving mitigation plans with accountable owners, and presenting readiness and NRE/cost activity alignment with program timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
  • •8+ years of technical program management or operations leadership experience in complex hardware product development.
  • •Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment, accountability, and timely decisions without direct authority.
  • •Experience bringing products from concept through production with strong understanding of engineering development lifecycles.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with product structures and engineering change management (BOMs, ECN/ECO, configuration/release processes), with Siemens Teamcenter and Siemens NX preferred.
