Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute daily operational workflows supporting APAC Professional Services projects.
  • •Drive regional PS revenue forecasting and deliver insights on business trends to management.
  • •Support pipeline and booking reviews, resourcing/capacity management, accurate time logging, and month-end closing processes.
  • •Analyze and report on project backlog, investment requests, and work-at-risk projects; ensure projects are invoiced accurately and timely.
  • •Set up projects in PSA tools, maintain KPI dashboards, audit operational data integrity, and support continuous improvement by identifying workflow bottlenecks across APAC.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
  • •2+ years of operational experience in Professional Services, Sales, or Revenue Operations within a technology/SaaS enterprise.

  • •Strong analytical and data management skills using Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
  • •Experience with PSA tools (e.g., NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro), Tableau, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
