Job Summary

Design and lead XSOAR (Cortex Security Orchestration & Automated Response) automation for incident response, serving as the primary technical SME for integration, orchestration, and playbook development. Support customer engagements both off-site and on-site, working with cyber defense, platforms & architecture, and managed controls teams to deliver detection, mitigation, containment, and response. Contribute to pre-sales/service transition, manage SLAs/KPIs, and provide 24x7 on-call coverage for critical activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership for optimizing processes and systems for SOAR orchestration and automated incident response.
•Support pre-sales, sales, and business development for new and existing cybersecurity services.
•Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement and deliver cyber defense services and associated components.
•Create, optimize, document, and maintain SOAR playbooks, including integrations and automation for detection, protection, containment, and mitigation.
•Initiate and manage incidents, problems, issues, risks, and compliance activities, including 24x7 on-call coverage for critical or urgent matters.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
•Depth of skills in at least three areas such as Security Controls Operations, Cyber Incident Response, Cyber Security Detection, Managed Services Integration, Cyber Threat Intelligence, or Threat Hunting.
•3+ years of experience with PAN Cortex XSOAR (Demisto SOAR).
•Working knowledge of cyber threats, threat actors, and TTPs, including how to mitigate in on-prem, cloud, and distributed contexts.
•CISSP, CISM, or CISA (or equivalent experience), plus ITIL accreditation (or relevant experience).
